Mini Sausage Reubens

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen puff pastry cups
  • 1 (13 ounce) package hillshire farm® polska kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 25 mins

  • prepare frozen puff pastry cups according to package directions.
  • while pastry cups are baking, lightly brown sausage slices in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • fill baked pastry cups as follows: about 2 teaspoons shredded swiss cheese, one slice sausage, 1 1/2 teaspoons sauerkraut, and top with a bit of dijon mustard. adjust amounts according to your taste.
