Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
- 1 lb cubed processed cheese
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until no longer pink.
- 2 drain, if needed.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients and spices.
- 4 cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
- 5 serve hot with chips of choice.
- 6 garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired.
