Creamy Mexican Corn On The Skillet

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup corn kernel (roasted or charred)
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a skillet with 1-2 t water. stir until cream cheese is dispersed throughout and corn is hot.
