Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage
- 3 slices bread
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- salt
Recipe
- 1 cook, drain and crumble sausage.
- 2 cut off bread crust and cube.
- 3 layer bread, meat, cheese; pur milk and egg mixture over top.
- 4 cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 5 bake 35 to 45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.
