Chicken In Lemon Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, and halved
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon rind, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 saute chicken breasts in butter until light brown.
  • 2 salt and pepper chicken.
  • 3 place in baking dish.
  • 4 add sherry, lemon rind and juice to butter.
  • 5 cook and stir for a few minutes.
  • 6 correct seasoning.
  • 7 stirring constantly, slowly add cream to sauce.
