Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (i use hellmans)
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- anchovy paste (about 1/4-1/3 in.)
- pepper, fresh ground
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fresh grated
Recipe
- 1 wisk mayonnaise,lemon juice,garlic,anchovy paste until they are incorperated well.
- 2 add parmesean and pepper
- 3 let sit for at least an hour in the refridgerator.
