- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups half and half milk
- 3/4 cup chopped ham
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust
Recipe
- 1 toss cheese with flour.
- 2 add eggs, milk, ham and seasonings.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 pour into pastry shell and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
- 5 then at 350 for 50 minutes or until set.
