Cheese And Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 lb low-fat cheddar cheese, cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 1/2 lb swiss cheese, cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1 pint strawberry

Recipe

  • 1 thread chunks of cheese, and fruit alternately on 8 wooden skewers.
