Angel Creams

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 300 ml light cream
  • 200 g good quality chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin, dissolved in 1 tblsp boiling water
  • 250 g light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • fresh berries

Recipe

  • 1 place cream, chocolate and vanilla into saucepan.
  • 2 keep on low and stir till chocolate is melted.
  • 3 stir in dissolved gelatine.
  • 4 cool mix till it begins to thicken.
  • 5 beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth and creamy with mixer.
  • 6 gradually beat in cooled chocolate mixture.
  • 7 spoon into 6 glasses.
  • 8 decorate with fresh berries.
