Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 300 ml light cream
- 200 g good quality chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon gelatin, dissolved in 1 tblsp boiling water
- 250 g light cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- fresh berries
Recipe
- 1 place cream, chocolate and vanilla into saucepan.
- 2 keep on low and stir till chocolate is melted.
- 3 stir in dissolved gelatine.
- 4 cool mix till it begins to thicken.
- 5 beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth and creamy with mixer.
- 6 gradually beat in cooled chocolate mixture.
- 7 spoon into 6 glasses.
- 8 decorate with fresh berries.
