Creamy Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup 4% cottage cheese

Recipe

  • 1 drain pineapple, reserving the juice in a small saucepan.
  • 2 set pineapple aside.
  • 3 add enough water to juice to make 1-1/3 cups; bring to a boil.
