Chocolate Honey Dates And Figs With Stilton

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 -3 dark chocolate squares with 85 percent cocoa (myan infused with cayenne is nice)
- 5 -6 dates and figs
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (one infused with dates is especially nice.)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- stilton cheese (try to find a mango or ginger stilton.)
- pecan bread (toasted and sliced thin)
Recipe
- 1 heat balsamic vinegar in a shallow pan over a low heat.
- 2 add honey and cook until it bubbles.
- 3 add the chocolate squares and heat until melted.
- 4 add the dates and figs. stir to coat.
- 5 place the fruit on a few slices of toasted bread.
- 6 drizzle with remaining sauce and top with crumbled cheese.
