Chili Spiced Bean And Veggie Wraps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 large flour tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil.
  • 2 saute broccoli and pepper slices for a little while.
  • 3 add the yellow onion and sauté for a while.
  • 4 add the minced garlic and sauté a little more.
  • 5 add chili powder and garlic powder and stir. (might want to add more seasoning such as salt and pepper to better suit your taste.).
  • 6 add black beans and stir.
  • 7 remove from heat.
  • 8 add sour cream and stir.
  • 9 add cheddar cheese and stir.
  • 10 wrap final mixture into tortillas.
  • 11 enjoy.
