Chili Spiced Bean And Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 large flour tortillas
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil.
- 2 saute broccoli and pepper slices for a little while.
- 3 add the yellow onion and sauté for a while.
- 4 add the minced garlic and sauté a little more.
- 5 add chili powder and garlic powder and stir. (might want to add more seasoning such as salt and pepper to better suit your taste.).
- 6 add black beans and stir.
- 7 remove from heat.
- 8 add sour cream and stir.
- 9 add cheddar cheese and stir.
- 10 wrap final mixture into tortillas.
- 11 enjoy.
