Ingredients
- 12 scallions, trimmed
- 12 slices ham (packaged works better than deli)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, philly of course, softened
Recipe
- 1 spread each slice of ham with cream cheese and place a scallion on the long end, rolling them up jelly roll fashion. trim dark ends of scallions.
- 2 secure with toothpicks and then cut between toothpicks to make little bite-sized pieces.
