Berry Morning Mash

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup blue berry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, and or sliced strawberry
  • 2 tablespoons granola cereal
  • 1 teaspoon crushed walnuts or 1 teaspoon almonds
  • 2 teaspoons grated dark chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 in individual cups or a large bowl, combine the yogurt, cottage cheese, berries, granola and nuts.
  • 2 grate the chocolate over the top.
