pear and date hors d'oeuvre

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 32 crackers (such as carr's® table water®)
  • 4 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 32 dates, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese each cracker; top with 1 pear slice and 1 date. sprinkle each hors d'oeuvre with a pinch of tarragon.
