- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise, good quality
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 -3 teaspoons basil pesto (start with 2 teaspoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- salt
Recipe
- 1 in a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. add more buttermilk to thin the mixture or more mayonnaise to thicken the mixture, if needed. taste and add more pesto, salt, or pepper, if desired.
- 2 refrigerate.
