Cracked Canoe Danish Fondue

Ingredients

- 4 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 1 cup spanish onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cracked canoe lager beer
- 1 cup havarti cheese, grated
- 1 cup gouda cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 place a medium saucepot over medium heat and add the chopped bacon.
- 2 render the fat from the bacon, crisping it gently.
- 3 add onions to sauté and the butter to melt and brown slightly.
