Crabmeat Mornay

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pint cream
  • 1/2 lb swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • red cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • 1 lb crab meat

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in heavy pot and saute onions and parsley.
  • 2 blend in flour, cream and cheese until the cheese is melted.
  • 3 add other ingredients and gently fold in crab meat.
