- 8 ounces fresh strawberries or 8 ounces thawed frozen strawberries
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 place strawberries in food processor or blender container.
- 2 process until smooth.
- 3 beat cream cheese in small bowl until smooth.
- 4 stir in sour cream, sugar, and strawberries that have been blended.
- 5 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
