Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 ripe avocado
- 70 g thick natural yoghurt (1/4 cup)
- 20 g finely grated cheddar cheese (1/4 cup)
Recipe
- 1 halve and remove stone.
- 2 in a small bowl mash avocado with a fork till almost smooth.
- 3 add the natural yoghurt & cheese mix together until well combined.
- 4 serve with rice crackers or biscuits or your choice.
