- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup finely minced onion
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375*.
- 2 in large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 fold in cheese.
- 5 bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
