sage and apple sausage pizza

- 2 teaspoons spectrum naturals® olive oil
- 1 cup sliced red or sweet onion
- 1 (12 inch) pre-cooked thin pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 yves veggie cuisine® sage and apple sausages, sliced
- 2 slices yves veggie cuisine® veggie bacon strips, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced assorted bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Ready Time: 30 mins
- preheat oven to 400 degrees f (200 degrees c).
- heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. add onion; cook, stirring often, for 7 minutes or until soft. set aside.
- place pizza crust on a baking sheet; spread with sauce. top with veggie sausage, veggie bacon, peppers, cooked onion, parmesan and mozzarella.
- bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
