Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 blend together all of the ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor.
- 2 spoon into a bowl, cover, and chill for at least three hours, or overnight.
- 3 serve chilled, at room temperature, or even slightly heated.
