Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cold cream cheese
- 1 cup cold butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl cream together cream cheese and butter.
- 2 slowly sift in flour and salt.
- 3 shape into 2 balls, wrap in plastic and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight (i chill overnight) in the fridge.
- 4 roll out on a floured board and use as you will.
