Cream Cheese Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cold cream cheese
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl cream together cream cheese and butter.
  • 2 slowly sift in flour and salt.
  • 3 shape into 2 balls, wrap in plastic and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight (i chill overnight) in the fridge.
  • 4 roll out on a floured board and use as you will.
