Cheese Stuffed Pita

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons shredded romano cheese
  • 1 dash oregano
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pita bread, halved

Recipe

  • 1 mix together first 9 ingredients.
  • 2 stuff into pita halves.
  • 3 serve cold or bake at 400°f for 15 minutes.
