Cheese & Bacon Rounds

Ingredients
- 200 g bacon, finely chopped
- 2 cups tasty cheese, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon french mustard
Recipe
- 1 place bacon, cheese, onion & flour in a bowl.
- 2 combine milk, egg & mustard and add mixture to dry ingredients.
- 3 line an oven-tray with baking paper, spoon tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray, allowing enough space for spreading.
- 4 bake at 200.c for 20 mins or until golden.
- 5 can be eaten hot ot cold.
