Bacon And Egg Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch double-crust pie shells
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 -6 slices bacon, cooked
  • cheddar cheese cube
  • 1 sliced tomato

Recipe

  • 1 crack 6 fresh eggs into pastry shell in a circle.
  • 2 arrange onion rings over top.
  • 3 sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese cubes.
  • 4 place tomatoe slices on top.
  • 5 place pastry top on pie.
  • 6 bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  • 7 serve hot or cold.
