Smoked Salmon And Black Garlic Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1 clove black garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 10 mins

  • stir cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl until smooth; stir in green onions and black garlic.
  • stir salmon and salt into cream cheese mixture just until combined; refrigerate for 1 hour. stir once before serving to distribute flavors.
