Campagnard Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1 celery stalk, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • in a bowl, stir together garlic, goat cheese, celery, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. season to taste with salt and pepper. blend well until the sauce is smooth. cover, and refrigerate. serve chilled.
