Cheese And Peach Wontons

Ingredients
- 15 wonton wrappers
- 6 tablespoons finely diced peaches
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaf
- cooking oil
Recipe
- 1 place wonton wrappers on a work surface. place peaches, blue cheese and chopped sage on the center of each wrapper, dividing equally.
- 2 wet edges of wonton with water. bring edges together to form a pyramid, squeezing out air before you press to seal.
- 3 in a deep skillet, heat 3 inches of oil to 325*.
- 4 fry wontons, in batches, until golden brown and floating to the surface, 2-3 minutes.
