Spicy Chipotle Tuna

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (7 ounce) packages chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • salt to taste (optional)

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • mix tuna, ranch dressing, dijon mustard, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. add chipotle peppers and green onions; fold through the tuna mixture. season with salt.
