Sweet Potato-banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 small cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 5 cubes ice, or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract

  • blend banana, sweet potato, cottage cheese, milk, ice, cocoa powder, molasses, honey, and almond extract together in a high-power blender (such as ninja®) until smooth.
