creamy white tea and peach smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled, brewed white tea
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches or mango
  • 1 cup nordica 1% or fat free cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • combine tea, peaches, cottage cheese, honey and lime juice in a blender. blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until very smooth. (adjust sweetness to taste.) serve immediately.
