Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olive, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 stir to combine all ingredients.
- 2 refrigerate if you have time, to allow flavors to blend.
- 3 serve with your favorite cracker or dipper.
