Breakfast Casserole (pennsylvania Dutch

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 lb sausage, browned
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard, mixing well.
  • 2 grease bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 3 place in layers of bread cubes, the sausage, then cheese.
  • 4 pour egg mixture over the top.
  • 5 refrigerate overnight.
  • 6 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
