Ingredients
- 1 rhodes mini baguette, baked following instructions on package
- pesto sauce
- 3 slices fresh tomatoes
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 3 -4 fresh basil leaves
- balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 cut baguette in half lengthwise.
- 2 spread pesto over bottom half of baguette.
- 3 top with tomato slices, mozzarella slices and basil.
- 4 drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- 5 cover with baguette top.
