Creamy Mustard Chicken - Light

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 place chiken in single layer in lightly greased, oven-proof casserole.
  • 3 combine yogurt, mayonnaise, onions, mustard and seasonings. spoon sauce over each chicken piece.
  • 4 bake in 350f oven for about 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
  • 5 sprinkle with parmesan cheese and brown under the broiler.
