- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese or 1/2 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 mix all ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart casserole.
- 3 bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until heated through.
