Chicken In Wine Sauce

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
  • 3 dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  • 4 heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
  • 5 add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
  • 6 add broth and wine.
  • 7 bring to a boil; remove from heat.
  • 8 cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • 9 sprinkle with cheese.
