Chicken In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
- 3 dredge chicken in flour mixture.
- 4 heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
- 5 add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
- 6 add broth and wine.
- 7 bring to a boil; remove from heat.
- 8 cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
- 9 sprinkle with cheese.
