- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
Recipe
- 1 brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil. top 4 bread slices with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
- 2 top with 4 bread slices. grill in panini press 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
