- 2 lbs brie round, fully ripened and chilled
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 remove rind from top of cheese.
- 2 place cheese on a foil lined baking sheet; top with onions, nuts, and raisins.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese softens.
- 4 serve warm with crackers or sliced granny smith apples.
